Strategic Advisory
Strategy, project management, and change leadership for civic transformation.
We help elected officials, administrators, and department heads make technology decisions they can defend — and then manage the projects and people change required to deliver them. Every roadmap is sequenced against real procurement and funding cycles, and every initiative is backed by practical project management and change leadership that keeps staff, residents, and vendors aligned.

FAQs
Questions we hear most.
Straight answers on scope, timeline, staffing, and cost — the same ones we give in the first procurement conversation.
- Do you only advise, or do you also manage projects?
- Both. We provide strategic advisory and then put it into practice through project management, PMO setup, and change leadership. Many clients start with a roadmap and keep us on as the delivery discipline through implementation.
- How do you approach change management in the public sector?
- Public-sector change management has to account for unions, elected turnover, resident transparency, and limited training windows. We map stakeholders early, build plain-language communications, and measure adoption so the change sticks after the consultants leave.
- Can you help us stand up a project management office?
- Yes. We design PMO charters, intake processes, reporting cadences, and risk registers sized to your organization. We can operate the PMO directly or coach an internal leader into the role.
